Alfresco Phuket Hotel - Patong

The staff were very professional and assisted us with free parking. The service offered was very good.

The staff here are excellent and the location is quiet and great. The breakfast includes delicious cakes and homemade pies. The hotel is situated in a safe area close to the fish market, food, shopping centers, and various shops and restaurants. Nearby, there is Full Moon Brewworks, a great place to relax.

Particularly good location, fairly clean venue, exceptionally nice staff. Sufficiently large unit with an electric kettle and a fridge. 15 minutes' walk to the bus stop. Nothing to complain about, very enjoyable stay for 3 nights.

Hotel was deluxe and very clean. Breakfast fee was THB 120 per person per day. Deluxe double room was with satellite TV, an individual safe and a refrigerator. Liked laundry service too. It was very close to Patong Beach.

The hotel's central location made it easy for me to access all the places I wanted to visit. It was just a short walk to the market, beach, Jungceylon Mall, and there was a shop right by the front door.

I stayed in the suite room and it was great. They designed the room very well.

Didnt know that we need to pay by cash if pay by card need to pay extra 3%.

Room was lovely and the staff went out of there way to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Phuket and want to be close enough to the nightife and just far enough away to have great nights sleep. I would book this hotel again

The room was spacious with a nice balcony, and it had both a bathtub and a shower.

3% charges on rooms rate for using credit card which is the 1st time I encountered. Slightly too far away from Patong beach for family having small children.

The hotel staffs very friendly, the room nice and clean,the location good, and the price affordable.

This place is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the Airport 150 B bus stop.

Wifi was very good - we had 3 devices with us and they stood up the whole time Free Tuk Tuk to mall and Bangla Road ran from early morning to late nite was really handy. No return rides though Staff were friendly and helpful Free bottled water every day Good motor bike rental close by - Tanaka Hotel about 2 mins walk away. Worth hiring from

Very limited range of food for breakfast. Very basic - we ate out most days Location is not great - definitely not steps from JungCeylon Mall like the advert said Tried to charge a 3% credit card fee Room was dark - only has a door out to small balcony. No natural light Overpriced for the facilities, but it was peak season Patong, which means rip off tourists season House cleaning was fairly basic It was ok to stay at but probably worth $20 us a nite less in our opinion

it's located on a road with many construction site and so it's quite dirty nearby.the view is not good..and so many ants around the room...the design of the bathroon isn't good..as a result it cause water leakage to the room..the sampoo and body wash are poorly in qty..i think only around 20 ml for couples and they even don't refill the next day!!!! the last night when we're requsting late checkout until 1pm..the staff asked us to check with front desk the next morning..when we check that morning..the receptionist refuse the late checkout...we're asking for only 1 hour!!! at that tme the car pickup for the day tour is already arrived but we must rush to pack all our belogings! their service is very poor!
